Wendy brings over 20 years of global corporate experience as a C-suite Executive, Consultant & Executive Coach. Wendy’s corporate experience spans the insurance, superannuation, financial and professional services sectors. She has consulted with over 300 clients, in over 50 cities and led teams in 15 countries, embracing the nuances of diversity, culture, collaboration and managing global and disparate teams whilst driving to a common vision and strategy.
Wendy has worked and partnered with ASX listed & Fortune 500 organisations, multinationals and local Australian firms such as American Express (Asia Pac & USA), Delta Lloyd (Netherlands), RBC (Canada), Mutual of Omaha (USA), ACC (New Zealand), TAL, FINEOS (Ireland), ING/One Path, Monash University, TAC and Amicus Australia.
Wendy has led large scale organisational transformations from culture change programs, leading businesses to valuation and implementing enterprise wide technology programs.
Wendy is a leadership development facilitator and executive coach, and leverages her global leadership experience to develop high potential and high performance individuals and teams.
